La Peschiera di Pacino wine that takes the name from a little natural pond that surrounds the vineyard, is made by 100% Trebbiano variety. It ferments on the skins for 3 days in stainless steel tanks. It ages five months in stainless steel on the lees and 2 months in the bottle.
