Founded in 1998 by Emanuele Anzivino, Anzivino Winery is a result of a deep passion for wine and the ambition for new challenges. Located in Northern Piedmont, specifically in Gattinara, the winery is dedicated to producing high-quality wines from the renowned Nebbiolo grapes.
This Gattinara Riserva DOCG is fermented in big barrels for a minimum of 36 months. It has a deep garnet color with hints of orange, fine aromas of violet, ripe fruit, russet apple, and licorice, all resting on the stony, granitic matrix from which they originated; broad, dry, and harmonious taste.
It pairs perfectly with structured and flavorful dishes, such as truffle risotto, game meat ragu, or main courses like braised meats and roasted lamb. It also works wonderfully with aged cheeses, such as Castelmagno or Parmigiano Reggiano, which enhances its aromatic complexity.
