Anzivino Nebbiolo Coste Della Sesia DOC 2019

Founded in 1998 by Emanuele Anzivino, Anzivino Winery is a result of a deep passion for wine and the ambition for new challenges. Located in Northern Piedmont, specifically in Gattinara, the winery is dedicated to producing high-quality wines from the renowned Nebbiolo grapes.

Since the fourth century A.C. the Celts (Lepontini) were growing the vineyards in the Gattinara area, they were the first to use oak barrels for storing and aging wine. To them Anzivino dedicates this precious expression of the viticulture of the High Piedmont area. This Nebbiolo remains in large oak barrels for 18 months. It has a ruby red colour with garnet reflexes, the bouquet is ample and mellow, pleasantly bitter and velvety on the palate.

Perfect for elaborate meat dishes, also ideal with game.
Recommended with beef fillet.
