Founded in 1998 by Emanuele Anzivino, Anzivino Winery is a result of a deep passion for wine and the ambition for new challenges. Located in Northern Piedmont, specifically in Gattinara, the winery is dedicated to producing high-quality wines from the renowned Nebbiolo grapes.
This dry and harmonious Gattinara DOCG arises from Nebbiolo grapes, which grow on the hills of ancient volcanic origin of Gattinara. It has aged in the cellar for at least four years, of which at least two were spent in large oak barrels. It has a garnet colour tending to orange, and a fine scent reminiscent of violet. It is a beautiful balance between complexity and harmony.
Perfect for elaborate meat dishes and cheese, also ideal with game.
